And why do I feel like Lagos is not as Xmasey as it should be? Hard times? Even d banks brought out their Decors late and even at my place our white Xmas tree aint up yet… VI, Ikoyi and Falomo looks good at night… But most parts of Lagos are not soooo bubbly…IMHO
Meanwhile have we been shopping for Xmas gifts and all… Both for ourselves and our loved ones. I hit Surulere to get a few stuff on Tuesday… For myself actually tehehe… And how lucky I got finding a damn good Shop which had the most fabulous shoes in large sizes at affordable prices. Between 8k and 10k… I was soooo excited. If you have large feet like mine, u would understand my excitement…we hardly find our size in pretty shoes. Infact my friends tease and say na Mallam suppose dey make my shoe. I wear a 42 or 43 just incase u r wondering and would wanna get me one… God!!! And I have not gotten pregnant yet. God help me(us). Anyways I got the Shoe guy and did business… He is an igbo brother like me…

Oh and yes… I was at Fantasy Land yesterday cos I wanna host some kids from outside town… And also my Nieces. I do hope they deliver ooo. I kinda have some doubts about it sha so if anyone knows any other Fun Place for kids, then please let me know. On the Island of course. I know that Lagos brims with a lot of activities this period for kids especially.
And I do hope that this year, all the illegal Lagosians go to the Village or somewhere out of Lagos to free Space for the true Lagosians like Yours’ Sincerely. Seriously I can do without traffic this holiday in Lagos…
And yes my prayer again is that ASUU strike is called off before the new year rolls around.
