Hey People,

Kisses all round. My life and season have been INTENSE but I am here for every LAST drop of it!!!
The promise still stands though: I will spend the first 6 months of heaven sleeping in my mansion!!! This is the point you ARGUE WITH YOUR SELF!!!
Lol

Ok so this would be a short one. I was in a Bible study over the weekend and as I listened to the conversations, the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to a line quite a few people were repeating and gave me the assignment to COMPLETE that line to bring a balance to that message.

The line was this, or a variant of it
COME AS YOU ARE…
Come with your brokenness, sin, frustrations, weaknesses, vulnerabilities, etx.

And I do agree. I cannot PRESENT every time to God in my strengths. In fact, it is impossible to. This world is fallen, and imperfect and so are we mortals so we will have very imperfect, I don’t feel like even praying times, but we MUST still come.

After all, He promises us that His strength finds FULL EXPRESSION in our weaknesses

“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

But, I fear that we His church and body don’t understand what it means to COME to Jesus and truly have an ENCOUNTER with HIM.
It is a literal TRANSFORMATION

We come broken, we don’t just leave healed and mended and whole, and we actually go back and HEAL, MEND and help others become WHOLE
That is what an encounter with Jesus, a REAL encounter with Jesus not for show ooo, does to us. That is what it does to me.
I do NOT encounter Him and leave the same way that I came.
In fact, it is an insult to whatever you define as your relationship to God to meet with Him and afterwards, you are still talking of how broken you are about the same thing.
Then world people, who are afraid of telling you the truth before they are seen as judging you, or not being empathetic/nice/caring and all such things satan uses to keep us feeling legit in our brokenness, tell you how your constant admission of being broken and depressed and blabla just means you are being REAL.
Honey, I will tell you THE TRUTH…
You MUST come as you are. BUT you must LEAVE LIKE YOU MET HIM!!!

Do you KNOW the Jesus I am talking about? You can’t encounter Him and leave in your broken state
I am not saying everything becomes perfect immediately but there must be ongoing change and progression that is first REAL to you and subsequently OBVIOUS to the rest of us.
Let me leave you with the story of my current fave woman in the Bible (Sorry JAEL) The Samaritan woman at the well.
I can preach BUCKETS around that woman (pun intended) haha
But let me stick to the one point that helps my post…

28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?” 30 They came out of the town and made their way toward him.
39 Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” 40 So when the Samaritans came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he stayed two days. 41 And because of his words many more became believers.

No doubt, baby girl came as she was, but when she left Jesus, she wasn’t just now a believer, she brought her WHOLE village to Him and made them believers too.
Sweetheart THAT is how we ENCOUNTER our JESUS!!!
Stop glorying and getting some kind of odd pleasure in your weaknesses endlessly. We MUST take them all to GOD and then exchange them for His strength. The truth is, we need the strength that He is offering to WIN life’s battles and conquer Satan so let’s EXCHANGE baby!!!
I pray that we all experience Samaritan encounters with JESUS for REAL in Jesus name, AMEN!!!

Kisses again
Eziaha
